Rangos Research Center Cell Imaging Core I and II Laboratories, Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC

The Rangos Cell Imaging Core Laboratories are research resources that support image-based analysis, laser capture microdissection, and live fluorescence imaging.  They provide a range of options to facilitate the image-based research needs of individual investigators, including the provision of training in the use of imaging equipment in the core; consultation for experimental design and implementation of imaging projects; and/or utilizing the technical services of the Rangos Cell Imaging Cores to perform acquisition of imaging data, laser capture microdissection, sample preparation for optimal fluorescence imaging, off-line analysis of imaging data, etc.
